TINA SMITH
Tina Smith is the Director of the MHSc Program in Health Administration and an Associate Professor (Teaching Stream) in the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation. Tina teaches graduate courses on Adaptive Leadership and Leading Change in the MHSc Health Administration, MSc QIPS, and MHI programs. Her research interests focus on innovations in leadership education and learning. She is currently Chair of North & East GTA Stroke Network (NEGTASN) and serves on numerous boards and professional committees.

CHRISTINE SHEA
Christine is the Director of the MSc Quality Improvement and Patient Safety concentration in IHPME. She is also the Curriculum Lead and faculty in the IDEAS Advanced Learning Program a provincial quality improvement program in healthcare. She teaches on leadership, change, quality improvement and patient safety across IHPME’s programs. Christine brings over 20 years of experience working around the world as a consultant in high reliability organisations including health care, aviation, rail and the nuclear industry.
