What it means for OHTs?
Teams will implement principles of patient partnership, engagement and system co-design. To achieve true patient centred-care the needs of patients must drive Ontario Health Team functioning and services provided.

Patient Engagement:
- BeACCoN can provide expertise on creating and working with patient groups. BeACCoN has a formal partnership with the Patient Advisors Network, a Canadian federally incorporated, not-for-profit group for patient partners and has developed the Patient Engagement Resource Centre that offers information, resources, and capacity building to foster partnerships.
